Musician gets 7-days jail sentence, contempt of traffic court.

Sevenstar said: “Judge Stewart was more than fair, he could have gave me 12-months jail but he made it seven days. He done what is right okay, I’m just a cocky musician who violated the judge’s order. Judge ordered me not to drive, I left court and I started to leave in my 280-Z. The same deputy from court room who heard the Judge order me not to drive arrested me. Judge had to give me jail time to uphold respect of the court.
I deserved some kind of jail time and he got it right. I’m down with that. So I was on a seven-day vacation with a lot of restrictions and roommates. From a possible 12-months to a very shortened sentence was an answered prayer. Thanks for giving my side of it Jethro, I made it through the rain by praying.” [Exclusive interview with John Sevenstar after he was released from Scott County Jail.]
